Meet Your Instructor

I’m Stephania, a yoga teacher and teacher trainer (E-RYT 500) with over 18 years of experience teaching and leading teacher trainings internationally. Anatomy is one of my favorite subjects — not as something intimidating or overly academic, but as a powerful tool for understanding movement, refining alignment, and teaching safer yoga.
